2026 Minister Renewal Instructions

New Renewal Timeline: All renewals are due December 15, 2025. Late fees will be applied on December 16, 2025. All unrenewed memberships will be cancelled on January 1, 2026.

Your 2026 Renewal includes the following items:

  1. Renewal form
  2. Payment
  3. Police Check (submit using the Guide)
  4. Reaffirmation completed by your endorser(s)
  5. For Endorsing Ministers: Complete the reaffirmations the ministers that you endorse

Carefully read and follow the instructions as you complete your renewal.

Step 1 – Renewal Form & Invoice

Click the link in the renewal email to access your renewal form and invoice. Your renewal fee is based on your membership type. If your membership type is incorrect, do not proceed. Contact the office immediately by replying to this email to have a corrected invoice issued.

Complete your renewal form by completing the questions in each section. Details about each section are available below.

Contact Information Update

  • Provide any changes to your address or phone number by selecting the appropriate boxes. Compare your address above and login to your account to compare your phone number.
  • If your information has not changed, select “No Changes”

What is your serving church/ministry?

  • Add the name of the church where you are currently employed or serving. 
  • If you are not attending church at all, please enter “No Serving Church”.
  • If you are church, enter NA.

Please respond to the following:

  • Please indicate if you are interested in providing pulpit supply. If you select this box you will be prompted to provide the regions in which you are willing to travel. Select all that apply.
  • If you would like prayer, select the box and indicate your prayer request. If you prefer not to state your need here, you can request that Terry contact you directly.

Donation:

  • Select the desired donation or customize an amount if you wish to donate.

Membership Terms:

  • The stated terms are requirements of membership. By submitting your renewal, you are agreeing to each item listed. Click the corresponding link for more information. If you do not wish to agree, do not proceed.

 

Step 2 – Payment

Method of Payment

Select the payment method, click NEXT.

Please review your form and make any necessary changes by clicking “Edit”. Otherwise, click SUBMIT.

  • Credit Card: If you have opted to pay by credit card, you will be directed to a credit card form. Complete the form and submit your payment.
  • E-transfer: If you opted to pay by E-transfer, please submit your payment to finance@fcaministers.com.
  • Cheque: If you opted to pay by cheque, mail your cheque as soon as possible. Cheques that have a post mark after December 8 will be subject to a late fee.

Please submit your payment right away as renewals are due in 30 days.

 

Step 3 – Vulnerable Sector Check

Go to https://www.canada.fcaministers.com/ap-guide/ and complete the guide to determine which police check is required.

If you have a police check that meets the requirements, you will be prompted to upload it. Ensure that your police check is legible before uploading. Do not submit your police check by email or with your renewal.

If you need to obtain a check, you will receive a confirmation email once you complete the guide with your next steps.  Once you obtain the required check, return to the guide and upload a digital copy.

Step 4 – Reaffirmation

Contact your endorser and confirm with your endorser(s) that they will complete your reaffirmation no later than December 15, 2025.

If you do not plan to renew, contact your endorser to notify them. Please reply to your renewal email to notify the office.

 

Step 5 – For Endorsing Ministers only: Reaffirm your ministers

An email from the office was sent to you with step by step instructions to complete your reaffirmations, as well as a list of all of the ministers you endorse. If you need the email resent, please contact the office.

 

Your Renewal Deadline is December 15, 2025

Renewals not completed by December 16, 2025 are subject to late fees that will be split between the endorser(s) and minister.

All unrenewed memberships will expire on January 1, 2026 and access to online accounts will be suspended.

Membership ID cards will be sent after the deadline. ID cards for late renewals will be sent in the new year.
