FCA Vision: Connecting to Advance God’s Kingdom
The Fellowship of Christian Assemblies exists to connect and advance God’s Kingdom. Our purpose goes beyond administrative functions or annual renewals — we believe that by connecting with one another, we can unlock the greater potential God has placed within our Fellowship. There is strength in unity, and by working together, we can accomplish more than any of us could alone. Through our website, email communication, regional gatherings, and online meetings, we continue to foster connection and collaboration across our network.
While many faith organizations face challenges in an evolving culture, we remain confident in God’s purpose for the future. We are committed to strengthening our shared mission and invite every leader, ministry, and church within the FCA to engage actively in advancing the Kingdom together.
Our vision is supported by three foundational pillars that guide our efforts and reflect our commitment to spiritual and relational health, leadership development, and collaborative mission.
1. Cultivating Personal & Relational Well-being
Transformed lives transform churches and communities. We are developing resources to help cultivate healthy individuals, marriages, families, and churches. Healing comes to individuals in the context of trusted community as they discover their inner life, invite God’s restoration into their places of brokenness, and embrace His divine purpose for their lives. This involves self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-reflection, self-development, and a healthy connection to community.
2. Equipping Spirit-led Leaders
We are committed to developing Spirit-empowered leaders who are grounded in God’s Word, intimate with Christ, godly in character, competent in ministry, and who practice relational accountability. We continue to partner with educational institutions such as Clearwater College to broaden our resources for theological studies, organizational leadership, and personal growth. Our goal is to provide practical tools that equip leaders to serve effectively and Spirit-led in every area of ministry.
3. Collaborating in Kingdom Mission
We are dedicated to facilitating collaboration among FCA ministers and ministries to advance the Great Commission. We believe our greatest potential is realized when we work together rather than in isolation. Collaboration extends beyond pastors and leaders — it includes congregations, ministry teams, and global partners. Our desire is to create safe and meaningful spaces where leaders can connect, share prayer requests, exchange ministry resources, promote events, and support one another in Kingdom initiatives around the world.
